Privacy Policy

• Account information: the email address and username you provide when you create an account.
• Gameplay data: everything you do in the game — territories claimed or captured, alliance membership, chat and Broadsheet posts, challenge history, currency balances, and similar activity. Much of this is inherently shared and visible to other players, since Power is a persistent multiplayer world.
• Payment information: if you purchase Sovereigns, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — we retain only the transaction record (amount, date, and Stripe's reference ID) needed to credit your account and handle support requests.
• Technical information: standard information collected automatically by our hosting provider and your browser, such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

We use this information to operate the game (create your account, track your progress, process purchases), maintain the integrity and fairness of the shared game world, communicate with you about your account or purchases, and improve the game.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with our database/authentication provider and Stripe (our payment processor). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking networks.

Power is a persistent multiplayer world. Your username, in-game actions, territory history, alliance membership, and Broadsheet posts are visible to other players by design, and some events are recorded permanently in the game's World News and Chronicle as part of the shared world's history.

We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we anonymize your profile and remove your authentication credentials as described below; some historical world-event records that already reference your in-game username may remain as part of the shared world's permanent history, the same way a past newspaper archive isn't rewritten after the fact.

You may access or correct your account information at any time from Settings. You may delete your account at any time — see "Account Deletion" below. If your jurisdiction grants additional rights (such as the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA), contact us using the details below to exercise them.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. When you do: your login credentials and email address are permanently deleted; your profile is anonymized (username replaced, personal details removed); any territories you hold are released back to the unclaimed pool; you are removed from your alliance. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Power is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete the account.

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, database access controls, row-level security) to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date above.
